Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers an unforgettable experience with its spectacular views just under the balcony and a king-size bed that provided a tremendously comfortable stay. The location is ideal, nestled perfectly between the beach and the old town center, making it a top choice for exploring this amazing destination. However, the service fell short when we were only offered to find another hotel ourselves at 5 pm, despite its exceptional location and views.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room next door had very good amenities like a great shower, comfortable bed, Netflix, and a Nespresso machine, but unfortunately, my room was small, forcing us to block our exit with suitcases. The hotel's location was convenient for accessing the Old Town and beaches, but the public staircase next to the hotel attracted local revellers on weekends. The service was a hit and miss; some staff members were extremely helpful, while others seemed indifferent. The dining experience was enjoyable with a high-quality buffet, but dining out was equally tempting.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were really peaceful and comfortable, but they were much smaller than expected, and the view of the 'old city' was just a concrete wall. However, since there is plenty to do in San Sebastian, you won't be spending much time in the room anyway.
Despite some minor issues with the room such as missing toiletries and a small size compared to the price, the hotel's fantastic location near the seafront and old town made up for it. The service was top-notch with incredibly helpful staff, though there was occasional noise from locals partying outside. The dining experience was superb, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice, but the facilities could use some improvement.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with spacious and comfortable rooms, but the lack of natural light was a downside. The service was exceptional, and the location was perfect, although the nearby party spot could be noisy. The dining experience was top class, with a variety of choices. Overall, good value for money.
The hotel offers lovely spacious rooms with a good view but can be noisy at times due to nearby school activities. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming, especially when accommodating late arrivals. The location is excellent, near the marina and old town with a personal touch in service. The dining experience provides healthy options but could have more variety. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor noise disturbances.
